Bios:

Stephanie Mango |President, CGI Federal CGFM, PMP

Stephanie Mango leads CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI, Inc., which serves CGI’s clients across the U.S. Federal Government.

Ms. Mango’s has worked with federal organizations in the civilian, defense and intelligence communities to improve operations through business and information technology solutions. Her focus is on leveraging innovative business models and solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness and desired outcomes for her customers.

Ms. Mango won a Pinnacle award for National Security Executive on behalf of her team’s delivery of innovation in cybersecurity and two Federal 100 awards for her advocacy of effective government. 

Ms. Mango holds a Master of Science in management of information systems and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Virginia. She also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and as a Certified Government Financial Manager.


Jean Stack | Managing Director - BAIRD

Jean A. Stack is a managing director in Baird’s Global Investment Banking group and is co-head of the firm’s Government & Defense practice. For over 25 years, Ms. Stack has been advising industry-leading companies on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, management buy-outs, financing, and other corporate strategies. She has extensive experience in working with companies that operate in a broad range of technology, product and service domains including C4ISR, digital transformation, cyber, space, health among other market segments.

Ms. Stack’s transaction experience includes sell-side advisory, buy-side advisory and leveraged buy-outs for founder-owned businesses, private equity-owned companies, and U.S. and international corporate divestitures. She has worked with some of the industry’s leading companies including Lockheed Martin, Leidos, Booz Allen, Accenture and Boeing. She has closed transactions with private equity institutions including The Carlyle Group, Madison Dearborn, Veritas Capital, and Arlington Capital Partners. Under her leadership, Baird’s Government & Defense team executed 16 transactions valued at over $3.7 billion in 2020 and 2021.

Prior to joining Baird, Ms. Stack was a senior banker at Houlihan Lokey and a founding member of Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADG) group.

Ms. Stack is a frequent contributor to various publications including The Washington Post, Bloomberg, Reuters, and The Wall Street Journal.

She is a board member of ACG’s National Capital chapter, and a board member and executive committee member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).

Ms. Stack graduated cum laude with a BA in economics from Duke University and studied at the London School of Economics. 


Pallabi SabooExecutive Chair and Founder of Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC. 

She has an extensive track record of building/operating successful technology related companies. She founded Harmonia in 2006 and since then has grown it aggressively as it seeks to develop specialized technology-enabled services. She is an entrepreneur with a unique understanding of technology as well as business/strategic issues.

Among her many honors, Pallabi serves on the boards of Fairfax Economic Development Authority, Asian American Chamber of Commerce, TiE DC, Army Science Board (that advises the Secretary of Defense, and Secretary and Chief of Staff of Army on S&T matters), and she serves on NVTCs executive circle. Pallabi also has served for 8 years on the Virginia Governor’s Board for Small Business Financing Authority. Some recognitions Pallabi has been fortunate enough to enjoy include: being named one of the top twenty-five female CEOs in DELMARVA (2008), Smart 100 CEOs (2009, 2010), Technical Trailblazer FederalContractor (2011), Featured in Forbes (2013), Federal 100 (2014), Entrepreneur of the Year finalist (2015), Asian Business Leader of the year (2020), Women Who Mean Business (Washington Business Journal 2020), CEO World Award (2020), VA Business Women in Leadership (2021), and U.S. President's Volunteer Service Award (2021)

Pallabi is an electronics engineer, with an AMP from Harvard Business School, and an MBA from Virginia Tech, where she was awarded a Cunningham Fellowship. The University has also honored her as a Lifetime Golden Hokie, a distinguished alumnus, and a member of the Ut Prosim Society. A philanthropist, Pallabi is a Paul Harris Fellow as well as a member of Arch Klumph Society of highest donors of the Rotary Foundation supporting social causes worldwide. Pallabi also supports the U.S. Veterans employment and training services via NVTC and Children’s Education via Pratham.
