6 hours Deep Dive Session on Validating Your Start-Up Idea to Scale Up Your Business.

Almost all Startups goes through an unusual process during their journey. The three most riskiest moments for a start-up are -

  • Idea has to be validated.
  • Finding Product/Market Fit (it needs to be tested if the product could have a profitable and scalable distribution) and
  • Converting a contact to a Contract

These risks can all be resolved using a roadmap with steps, stages, and milestones that will help you to understand where they are at all times without losing focus.

Six hours Deep Dives will provide an overview of practical ways of validating your business idea, your market, price points, channel sales model, strategy and sales operations and everything that you need to be sure of giving yourself the best chance of success.
