Lori Beer is the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a member of the company's Operating Committee, responsible for the firm's technology systems and infrastructure worldwide. Beer manages a budget of more than $12 billion and over 53,000 technologists supporting JPMorgan Chase's retail, wholesale and asset and wealth management businesses. She also serves as the co-sponsor of the firm's Access Ability Business Resource Group.
Beer joined the firm in 2014 and was most recently the Chief Information Officer for the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Prior to joining the firm, she was Executive Vice President of Specialty Businesses and Information Technology for WellPoint, Inc., responsible for a $10 billion business unit which included WellPoint's Specialty Products.
Beer is a member of the Teach for America Advisory Board. She’s also a member of the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business Advisory Council and the University of Cincinnati Foundation Board of Trustees. She has endowed scholarships at the University of Cincinnati and Dayton University, to support the growing number of women in STEM careers.
In 2020, Beer was named one of the Most Powerful Women in Banking by American Banker and she received the Women's Bond Club 2020 Merit Award. Beer has been named a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader and National Association for Female Executives Women of Excellence Health Care Champion.
Beer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton.

Chris Bedi is the CIO at ServiceNow and is focused on driving enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts to accelerate growth and create scale. In addition, he is an industry thought leader on digital transformation, advanced automation, and practical AI/ML adoption in the enterprise, and works closely with many of the world’s leading CIOs to address key industry issues.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Chris served as CIO of JDS Uniphase, where he was responsible for IT, workplace services, and indirect procurement. Prior to JDSU, he held various executive positions at VeriSign from April 2002 until August 2011, including CIO. Chris began his career at KPMG Consulting where he drove global transformations across a diverse set of industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.

Wael Kashou, SVP & SIO, Assurant

Wael Kashou is the Senior Vice President and Senior Information Officer of Assurant. Wael joined Assurant in June 1995. He has 34 years of experience in information technology, 18 of those as technology executive-level. His previous experience has involved working in engineering, financial, and telecommunication industries. Prior to joining Assurant, he managed the development of the Directory Information system for Mercury Communication Limited in England. He also led the development of the directory assistance system for three major U.S.-based telephone companies.
Mr. Kashou earned his MS in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Engineering and BS in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.

Monika is the Global Head of Enterprise Technology Services at JP Morgan Chase within the CTO organization. She is a global technology executive with 20+ years of experience across diverse operational and strategic roles within financial services, aerospace & defense, and mobile & telecommunication sectors.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, she spent seven years at Boeing within Information Technology & Data Analytics leading Digital Common Services, International IT, and End User Services. Prior to Boeing, Monika worked at Sprint where she was responsible for product management of the Mobile Broadband portfolio.
Monika was selected for the 2019 Corporate Responsibility Award by Women of Color STEM and 2021 Seattle CIO of the Year Orbie Finalist. Monika holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is currently pursuing the Harvard Business Analytics program.
She resides in Seattle, Washington with her husband and two sons.
