Praveer Singh, Senior Associate - K&S Partners 

Praveer Singh is a senior associate and based out of Pune location. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and further pursued post graduate diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR university, Hyderabad. He is also a registered Indian Patent Agent with Indian Patent Office. He specializes in handling patents drafting and patents prosecution in areas of computer science, electronics and telecommunications, electro-mechanical, medical diagnostics, and software related matters. His practice also involves advising both domestic as well as International clients on various patent issues like patentability, freedom to operate, invalidation search, technology landscape, infringement analysis and IP portfolio building strategy. Praveer regularly appears before the Indian Patent Offices (IPO) in connection with prosecution of patent applications and attending hearings. Praveer has been into patents practice for more than 9 years with having experience in working with In-house IP Counsels & Inventors from foreign and Indian clients.
