Hence it is imperative for entrepreneurs to develop an organizational culture characterized by transparency, accountability and responsibility with understanding of organization’s present standing and what it wants to change followed by systematic steps to bring the desired state into being.
The session would help participants:
1. Determine which culture and subcultures are the most ideal for the company, to engage stakeholders.
2. Identify which cultural levers need to be adjusted, how exactly and in what order.
3. Draw up a Culture-Transformation Plan that takes into account the change needs and willingness of managers and employees.
