Mr. Aaron Schildhaus, a leading U.S. lawyer, and the past chair of the American Bar Association ( International Law Section) will share his insights and tips on the key legal aspects of doing business in the U.S. He will focus on the key legal mistakes to avoid by entrepreneurs/foreign companies when they set-up or do business in the U.S. including neglecting certain laws and/or as part of a merger, acquisition or joint venture transaction. Mr. Schildhaus was Chair of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association (ABA) in 2008-2009, and has been a member of its prestigious Council since 2000.  He is a member of the ABA Cybersecurity Task Force, and has written and presented papers on the GDPR and other privacy laws.  He is a Fellow of the ABA.   Mr. Schildhaus is an active member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of Illinois.
