Summary: At IoTForum/IoTMatrix we are actively reaching out for international engagements for our startup community. As a First Meetup for the New Year 2020, we have planned on understanding Australia as a potential country partner and opening up the Funding, Partnership and Customer possibilities and collaborations between Australia and India. 

Ram Gorlamandala, Founder and CEO of Tat Capital is based in Sydney, Australia and is a veteran in cross-border capital market initiatives between Australia/New Zealand and the Indian Sub-continent. He has been actively working on the Australia-India corridor now for several years. He will be giving the talk at our Jan 28th meetup on the following topic

Ram Gorlamandala

Co-founder & Director

Ram founded Tat Capital (Corporate Finance & FX Advisory) with a clear vision to build the cross-border capital market initiatives across Australia, New Zealand and the Indian Sub-Continent. In the past six years, he has led many cross-border market entry and strategic corporate finance initiatives (Including equity and debt capital raisings, M&A, reverse takeovers, joint ventures, international business development) in the region. Ram provided significant thought leadership and awareness of economic opportunities in this region through his work with various media engagements.

Ram is a leading investment banker with significant sell side experience and won many industry awards for his contribution to the capital markets. He commenced his career at The Trust Company (Part of Perpetual) in 2004 and then moved on to work with Accenture, Commonwealth Bank, The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and BBY Corporate finance. Ram was directly involved in approximately US$1 billion worth of transactions through various equity capital market (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM) projects and M&A based transactions.

Ram has got a Masters in international business and Master of Arts Cross Cultural Communication from Macquarie University, Australia and Bachelors in Commerce (Cost and management accounting) major from Sri Sathya Sai University, India.
