IPR plays significant role among the entrepreneurs and start-up communities.

In light of the above, the Interactive Session on Patents and IPR is being organised to create awareness and understand the benefits of IP Rights among entrepreneurs and start-ups.

About the Speaker - 

1.  Kshitij Malhotra, Indian Patent Attorney

Kshitij is an Indian Patent Attorney with more than decade of experience in handling IP related issues. He holds a degree in Chemical engineering and is also a lawyer from University of Delhi.Kshitij focuses on various IP issues including strategizing their IP, auditing companies to uncover potential IP, client management, drafting patent applications, prosecuting applications, and PCT filings. He specializes in both non-contentious & contentious work, such as drafting agreements, IP negotiations, patent & trademark dispute resolution & representations at patent office, courts and IP Appellate Boards.

Vijeth Bhat, Patent Associate, GIP India

  Vijeth Bhat holds a bachelor’s degree in Computers and is a Patent Associate at GIP India. He is associated with GIP India since July,2016.
