About Paul Kruspe

Paul is the General Manager of Kinaway which is the Victorian Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce based in Melbourne. Kinaway is the leading agency in advocating for the economic participation and empowerment of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs in Victoria. 

Paul has extensive work experience and network in both public and private sector. He is an expert in the development and implementation of a number of high impact diversity and inclusion strategies focused on Indigenous procurement, employment and business development mentoring, youth at risk employment program, and employment program for people with disabilities that focused on workplace integration. 

He is also renowned for his work in business transformation of functions to operate more effectively and efficiently. Leading large operational divisions of geographically dispersed workforces, he is adept at leading and transforming the workplace.

Before working for Kinaway, Paul was a chair of the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) which is a non-profit organisation with over 43,000 members across 160 countries and more than 14,000 corporations. He contributed to enable both public and private sector organizations and professionals to achieve world-class standards in their contracting and relationship management process and skills.

In addition, he also worked as the Executive Director of Relocation Operations of Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicine Authority where he managed the relocation of the APVMA from Canberra to Armidale NSW.

Earlier in his career, he served as an assistant of commissioner at ATO for six years in various areas: Property, Procurement, Risks and Strategy Lodgement, Corporate Views...etc.
