“Chakravyuham” – Recovering from Tough Times

There are good times and there are bad times. We take the good times for granted and appear to be capable of managing them. But what happens when tough times hit us? Many of them may be our own making. Some may happen due the moves made by competitors or by customers. And some others may be forced on us due to twists and turns in the industry/environment.

What should we do when tough times suddenly hit our business? Dropping sales, pipeline empty, uncertain cash flows, employees leaving, liabilities mounting, bankers and creditors hounding, ….Will business correct itself in the short term? What if the tunnel seems long and we don’t see the light at the end? And, tough times, whether short or long, can take their toll. In this session, we shall cover the abilities, approaches and strategies required to mitigate the challenges during tough times, to dig deep within oneself, examine options and alternatives, regroup and reequip, and emerge stronger to recover/rebuild the business.
