TiE SoCal is kicking off - the formation of its new initiative - TiE-Ent-SIG - TIE-Entertainment - Special Interest Group by bringing together entertainment executives, movie and media artists of Indian American descent at a meet and greet with TiE Charter Members event in Bel Air. 

This  mixer for business and entertainment professionals is hosted by TiE SoCal at the house of IFFLA board member, Swati Desai,

Los Angeles is the global heart of entertainment and home to many Indian-American artists, producers and directors.  TiE Socal is excited to provide a forum for connections, mentoring and funding opportunities to the sector of enterprising entrepreneurs. 

The past two TiE Global Summits were keynoted by STARS Amir Khan and Salman Khan, who have started successful companies. 

There will be desi film/tv folks, entertainment execs, and financiers at Swati's house. Drinks and appetizers will be served,It is a limited attendee event (invite only), so please reserve you seat here or email (executive.director @socal.tie.org)  by August 8 if  you can make it.
