Sherman Baldwin
CEO, LCR Capital Partners
 
Sherman Baldwin is the CEO of LCR Capital Partners. In this role, Sherman is responsible for the P&L of LCR’s business and devising ground-breaking growth strategies across the company. 
Prior to joining LCR Capital Partners, Mr. Baldwin was a Managing Director at Accenture, serving as the Global Client Executive and P&L owner for one of the firm’s largest and most strategic clients. In this role he led Accenture’s efforts to transform one of the world’s largest conglomerates into a leading “digital industrial” company. 
Mr. Baldwin’s experience comprises over 20 years of P&L leadership, strategy and transformation work for Fortune 500 corporations, private equity firms and the Pentagon.

Brian Rogove
CEO, Lumio Education
 

Brian Rogove is Chief Executive Officer of Lumio Education, newly formed TPG Capital backed K-12 education platform with significant presence in Southeast Asia and providing high quality education to over 25,000 students. 

Brian has lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years and spent the past 13 years working with Private Equity, focused on exclusively on Education. He founded A-Star-Education in 2016 and invested across a diverse cross section of education including ELT, K12, Ed Tech, University Prep and Internatonal Education. Prior to that, Brian served as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific for Cognita for over 8 years. Since founding the business in 2008, Brian grew the Asia business from a start-up to representing over 2/3 of the Group EBITDA. Brian has invested over US$750 million in the Asia Pacific region over the last 13 years across a wide range of both M&A and Greenfield assets in the education sector. Mr. Rogove also led two rounds of private equity investment into Cognita, including the sale of 50% of the company to KKR in 2013. Additionally, he led a £280 million public bond offering in 2015, the first for the Company. 

He currently serves on the Board of Reach Higher, a non-profit organization focused on equity and access to post-secondary education for first generation students. The Reach Higher Board is Chaired by former First Lady Michelle Obama and was created during her time in the White House.

Maya Hari leads the Asia Pacific region for Twitter. Maya's focus has been to fuel Twitter strategy and rapid growth in key markets such as China, India, Australia and Indonesia. 
Maya brings diverse business experience having led functions in Sales, Marketing & Product Management. She also serves on the board of technology companies such as OpenLearning and as a board advisor of startups in Data Science & Commerce field.
Prior to Twitter, Maya spent 16+ years in the digital media, mobile and eCommerce in the US and in Asia Pacific region for brands such Google, Samsung, Microsoft & Cisco.
