Sopnendu Mohanty is responsible for creating development strategies, public infrastructure and regulatory policies around technology innovation. Mohanty has spent over 20 years in various leadership roles globally in technology, finance and innovation. He has co-authored several patented works in area of retail distribution of the financial sector.
Mohanty extensively engages with ecosystems of various jurisdictions on innovation, policy making and tech enabled financial services.


HELEN WONG 
Partner, Qiming Venture Partners

Ms. Helen Wong is a Partner at Qiming Venture Partners, focusing on TMT sector. Helen was ranked among Top 100 VCs in China and Top 25 female VCs in China in 2018 by Forbes. Helen has over 12 years of experiences in the venture capital industry. Helen was an early investor in Tudou (merged with Youku).  She was also involved in the investment of Alibaba.

She also serves on the board of technology companies such as OpenLearning and as a board advisor of startups in Data Science & Commerce field. Prior to Twitter, Maya spent 16+ years in the digital media, mobile and eCommerce in the US and in Asia Pacific region for brands such Google, Samsung, Microsoft & Cisco.
