An enterprise market is a crowded place now with rapid consolidation and dominant players. How does one attempt at starting a company in these times, yet alone scale it? The answer lies in using product-led growth to ensure solid customer success. In this session, we will tackle some hard-hitting questions such as how to design your go-to-market, which role to hire first, which function - product or sales or marketing to focus on first, and how to build a culture to ensure growth. We will use real-life examples from the software and internet industries with high applicability in other settings as well.

About Our Speaker:

Rahul is a product manager at Boomi, a data platform company and the latest addition to the Dell Technologies portfolio. At Boomi, Rahul led the launch of a new product line geared at the enterprise global software market. He is now responsible for defining the product vision, delivering the product roadmap and executing global go-to-market for one of the product services of the platform. Before Boomi, Rahul worked at Sequoia Capital backed companies in India and SE Asia, where he worked on building and launching new software and physical products.
