Matt Hogan - Vice President of Project Development at CMB Regional Centers

Mr. Hogan is CMB Regional Center’s Vice President of Project Development. Mr. Hogan oversees CMB’s team responsible for the identification and development of CMB’s EB-5 investment partnerships.

In his role as CMB’s V.P. of Project Development, Mr. Hogan is thoroughly involved in the structuring of each of CMB’s EB-5 partnerships and is also instrumental in developing and maintaining both new and ongoing business relationships. He is directly involved in the development of all project-related documentation needed to support each USCIS submission. Since joining CMB in 2011, Mr. Hogan has been involved in the structuring of over $2 Billion in CMB EB-5 loans spanning over 50 separate CMB partnerships.

Mark Davies - Managing Partner, Global Business and Immigration Law Firm

Mark began his legal career in what is now one of the ten largest commercial law firms in the world and represented major financial institutions in CMBS and distressed real-estate-backed asset purchases and workouts. This experience is especially helpful when assisting clients with regional centers-based investments in the US EB5 program.

Over the course of the last decade, Mark's firm, D&A, has grown to have a presence in India, Vietnam, Africa, Europe, and the United States. In 2018 D&A moved its administrative and operations team from New York to London in order to be able to better serve the firm's clients in Asia.
