Arvinder Gujral
Managing Director SE Asia  

As the Managing Director of Southeast Asia, Arvinder is responsible for growing Twitter’s business across Southeast Asia including strategic leadership and business planning, executive engagement with customers and partners, business development and cross-functional alignment to build up our presence and grow its audience and revenue. 

Prior to joining Twitter in 2013, Arvinder was Head of Digital and Innovation at Aircel, a telecom operator in India. His previous experiences spanning over 20 years, saw him working at a mobile messaging start-up, consulting and advertising. He has lived and worked in multiple locations including Silicon Valley (California), India and now Singapore. 

 He is an adviser and investor to multiple start-ups and has spoken at leading industry conferences around the world. You will find him on the road everywhere at the nearest coffee shop! Follow him at @arvindergujral on Twitter.

Richard Bururu M
Managing Director, Decision Management, 

Richard is a Managing Director and Head of Decision Management at CIMB Bank. His team's mandate is to create value from data by enabling the Consumer business make better decisions, increase share of wallet, improve product usage and reduce churn using customer insights, modelling, digital analytics, big data analytics and digital campaigns.

Richard also has oversight of Data governance and the Regional Analytics COE.  His extended role involves partnering with technology providers and other business platforms to enhance the consumer bank’s customer reach.

Prior to joining CIMB, Richard was in senior management positions in Standard Chartered and Commonwealth Bank of Australia helping the consumer banking teams to improve profitability and enhance growth implementing better analytics and decision management systems.

Richard is an alumni of the Lincoln University and Insead. 


Deepika Deshpande
Ex -Managing Director Head of Finance & Risk Infrastructure (FRI) - Asia Pacific

Deepika is a senior financial services industry professional with 26 years of experience at Citibank followed by an assignment at a Singapore-based fintech as Chief Operating Officer. Her career at Citi spanned country, regional and global roles in multiple geographies (India, Hong Kong and Singapore.) She has held senior leadership positions in the Commercial Banking business (i.e. SME/ mid-market corporates) as well as in the Risk and Regulatory domains. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Singapore Management University.

Deepika’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from Bombay University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad.) She is an avid reader and enjoys following trends in as well as writing on topics related to economics, finance, regulation, risk management and sustainability. She is a strong believer in mentorship and "giving back" and currently serves as the President of the IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association (Singapore Chapter) and as an Executive Committee member for the Pan IIM Association Singapore.
