Innovation has to go beyond traditional models of costly R&D and
resource-intensive supply chains. Climate change, emerging technologies
like 3D printing, and crowdsourcing are changing the face of
entrepreneurship and innovation. This panel will show how entrepreneurs in
emerging markets such as Africa, China, and India are using frugal
innovation to leapfrog the West. Case studies will be drawn from MNCs and
startups in education, finance, energy, and healthcare. This panel will
share tips and insights for how entrepreneurs can benefit from trends like
the maker movement, sharing and circular economy.

Speakers:
- Navi Radjou, author, ‘Frugal Innovation’
- Terri Bresenham, CEO of GE Healthcare's Sustainable Healthcare Solutions
