Massimo is the founder and CEO of StarLight Effect, a team of visionaries that developed a methodology to bring the power of stories to the business world and have an impact in the fields of leadership, corporate culture, CSR, and marketing.

He has worked, among others, for clients such as P&G, Toyota, Chrysler, McDonalds and Nestle. Massimo took part as a speaker in conferences and events in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Miami as well as in Europe and Latin America.
