CEO of Proxi Melinda Haughey is a former U.S. intelligence professional and UX researcher who has done stints at both Facebook and Dell. She uses her expertise in geospatial visualization, online communities, and collaboration to inform the direction of Proxi, mentor other founders, and drive research in human-centered design forward. Melinda thrives on being an active community member, a digital creator, participating in local digital advisory boards, and organizing local gatherings for women in her network. She is known as a creative, competent, and compassionate leader — and has used these skills to inform the culture at Proxi and connect with community members using the company’s mapping tool. Melinda received an engineering degree at Texas A&M and is a PhD candidate in the college of engineering at the University of Washington.

Shelmina is an author, board member, speaker, former IBM Vice President, an angel investor, and distinguished alumni.
Starting from humble beginnings in Tanzania, she went from being the first college graduate in her family to becoming one of the highest-ranking women of color at IBM while raising her two children as a single mother since they were 4 and 2.
Shelmina serves on the advisory board of Girl Up, a global leadership development initiative by the United Nations Foundation which positions girls globally to be leaders in the movement for gender equality. She previously served on the board of TiE-Seattle, Bellevue College, and Young Women Empowered.
She is passionate about creating gender equality in leadership role which has inspired her upcoming book,

MH Lines founded Stack Moxie in 2018 to bridge the gap between engineering and no-code technology for the SaaS economy. She has helped teams in marketing and technology both in-house and as a consultant at companies like Terex, Cohn & Wolfe, Microsoft, Lowes, The Tile Doctor and IBM Watson Health. MH received an undergraduate degree from The Florida State University in Finance, and her MBA from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington with a focus on Technology Management. She has three children, who use their brilliance for evil as often as good, and is married to Jason, who does more than his share.

Alka Badshah became the CEO of the company after being in the VP role in a sister company for about 2 years. Renewal Fuels is a holding company with 6 operating companies in its portfolio. These companies range from providing banking services to product innovations in the field of CBD, hemp and psilocybin. She comes from a technology background having worked in companies like Microsoft, Digital etc. As a consultant on behalf of Microsoft, she provided UX and technology solutions for several Fortune 500 companies. Microsoft is where she learnt her management prowess. Her current role came to be due to her strong interest in the field of finance and investments. Alka received her graduate degree from Media Lab at MIT. She has 3 grown children ranging from being an EE/CS engineer, finance professional and an entrepreneur. Her husband is deeply involved in education and philanthropy.
