Mukul Pandya, Senior fellow, AI for Business, Wharton Customer Analytics, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mukul Pandya is a Senior Fellow with Wharton AI for Business and Wharton Customer Analytics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He previously was the editor-in-chief and executive director of the Knowledge@Wharton Network, a portfolio of web-based journals of research and business analysis, which he founded in 1999 and oversaw for 22 years. A winner of four awards for investigative journalism, Mr. Pandya has more than 40 years of experience as a writer and editor. Mr. Pandya has written or co-authored four books. His articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Economist, Time magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and other publications.

As the Executive Director of Wharton Customer Analytics, Mary Purk leads the academic research center that focuses on the development and application of cutting-edge analytics methods. Through WCA’s experiential programs, Ms. Purk connects students, academics, and professionals across multiple industries to solve complex, real-world business challenges using machine learning, AI, and big data.

Ms. Purk has held other principal roles at Nielsen and IRI developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytic platforms focused on customers and brand equity. Her expertise includes forecast models, consumer segmentation, marketing mix models, product assortments, pricing, and digital strategies. Other work experience includes leading the Retail Research Center at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and consulting roles with Accenture and AT Kearney.

Ms. Purk is a proud MBA alumnus of the University of Chicago Booth and the University of Illinois. Ms. Purk has designed and instructed executive education courses, presented at numerous conferences, and published papers in the Journal of Marketing and Journal of Retailing.

Rajesh is an avid digital technology enthusiast and a practitioner. He is currently the CEO of GoGestalt, a revolutionary digital workforce transformation company. He is also the executive director at MCorpCX, one of the leading customer experience management organizations. Additionally, he is the founder of 92angels, an angel investment organization. Previously, until May 2018, Rajesh was the CEO of Mphasis Wyde and Eldorado. Rajesh led a quick pace complete turnaround of both Eldorado & Wyde during his 4 years’ tenure. In recognition, in June 2017, Rajesh was awarded the Gold Stevie Award for "Executive of the Year" at the American Business Award. More recently in 2019, he was recognized as the speaker of the year by IEEE, NJ for his talks on Blockchain and AI / ML.
