Join us on Friday, September 18th from 12-1pm as we connect with TiE Boston Charter Members who have been key in the creation of PathCheck - the leading provider of privacy-preserving pandemic preparedness and response software.
PathCheck was founded in February, 2020, at MIT by TiE Boston Charter Member Ramesh Raskar and a passionate community of people and organizations to contain the spread of COVID-19 and help revitalize economies without sacrificing personal privacy. They are pioneers in digital contact tracing and exposure notification technology. To assist the roll-out of their open source solutions, and supplement existing resources, PathCheck provides a range of pro-bono and paid services to support planning efforts.
During this webinar, TiE Boston Charter Members Raghav Gupta and Vinit Nijhawan, who are both involved with PathCheck as well, will discuss with Ramesh the role of technology to help contain the pandemic while preserving privacy and encouraging adoption. By also doing a deep dive into what Google and Apple have rolled out, they will share how various jurisdictions have been using contact tracing, exposure notification and related technology to safely reopen their economies.
