Chris Lustrino is Founder & CEO of KingsCrowd, the first ratings and analytics service for the online private markets. He has raised $3.5M from 2,700 investors to date and grown his business to over 350,000 subscribers and 20 full-time staff. Prior to founding KingsCrowd, he worked on behalf of private equity clients at LEK Consulting from 2014 to 2017 and supported travel-tech startup Freebird in 2018 to raise an $8M series A prior to being acquired by Capital One. He also founded Simple.Innovative.Change, a Fintech publication focused on alternative investments and lending, and was a finalist for the 2018 LendIt Fintech Journalist of the Year. 

Krishan Arora is the Founder & CEO of The Arora Project, a crowdfunding and product launchpad agency with one goal in mind: To help entrepreneurs fundraise for and scale their businesses. The Arora Project has raised over $100+ Million for high-growth ventures around the world.

Chuck is EVP, Republic and CEO, Republic Crowdfunding Portal, a leading investment crowdfunding site. He is also GP of micro VC fund RainmakeMe, sat on the boards of Ruby Love (aka PantyProp), RidersShare, CrowdSmart and is an active mentor at 500 Startups and MassChallenge. Chuck has an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
