Anil has over 27 years of experience in Banking. He spent 17 years with Citigroup and was most recently with Royal Bank of Scotland - initially as Managing Director & Co-Head of the Investment Bank, and subsequently as Managing Director with the International Banking division where he led a team of bankers covering some of the largest corporate clients. He has also spent a year with AIG Private Equity.

Anil has worked on a number of marquee deals in M&A, acquisition financing, IPOs, loan and bond issuances. He was also a senior business approver with credit approval authority. Anil is an angel investor who mentors a few start-ups. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.

Ravikant Sabnavis is CEO - Oral Care Products with Today's Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a part of Clove Dental, India's largest dental clinic chain, and is driving the initiative to enter the oral care space. In his career spanning 28 years, Ravi has built businesses across diverse sectors and contexts including start-ups, legacy businesses and successful turnarounds. Prior to joining Today's Healthcare in Dec 20, Ravi led a successful turnaround for Star Pravah, a regional entertainment channel of Star TV, by instilling in his team a strong sense of belief as well as desire to win and creating a culture of trust, agility and risk taking. From being a backmarker business when Ravi took charge in Jan 2015, Star Pravah grew to a No. 2 position by Mar 2020, with a 150% viewership growth over the last twelve months. Ravi has previously had an eight-year tenure from Apr 2007 to Jan 2015 with the UB Group, in leadership roles at United Breweries, Kingfisher Airlines, Force India F1 Team and Blitz Multimedia. At his last assignment with the group as Managing Director of Blitz Multimedia, the publisher of iconic movie magazine Cine Blitz, Ravi successfully led a turnaround of the media house over a 2-year period, finding innovative revenue streams and driving down costs. At Kingfisher Airlines, as Head of Marketing, Ravi navigated through severe headwinds to build the best guest experience, helping create an unrivalled product defined by outstanding service delivery. He concurrently led Global Marketing & sub-continent sponsorships for the Force India Formula One Team. At United Breweries, as Head of Marketing, Ravi helped define strategy for Kingfisher and the rest of the beer portfolio, growing market share during a period that witnessed the entry of a host of international brands. Ravi has previously worked at Heinz India (Apr 04-Mar 07), successfully driving growth for their legacy brand Glucon-D. Prior to this, Ravi was with Agro Tech Foods, an associate company of ConAgra Foods (Sep 99-Mar 04) and launched the ACT II snackfood brand. Ravi began his career in advertising at Lintas (Jun 92-Sep 99). Ravi is the Co-Chair, Sub-Committee on Social Development Initiatives, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Western Regional Council and is also a mentor to start-ups, besides being a sailing enthusiast.
