We are excited to invite you to an exclusive Charter Member Dinner on June 5^th at the Seattle Yacht Club. We will be introducing our newest board members and providing updates on the TiE Catalyst Fund.

We will also be featuring a fireside chat hosted by our newest board member, Shelmina Abji. Shelmina is an empowerment speaker and former IBM Vice President. She serves on the advisory board for Girl Up, United Nations Foundation and is a board member of Young Women Empowered.

Shelmina will be hosting Sona Venkat, SVP and General Manager, Business Development, Microsoft & Maria Karaivanova, Principal at Madrona Venture Group.

They will be covering topics including what it take to have a competitive edge in today’s innovative landscape, the challenges facing leadership, women leaders in particular and the momentum of women in the workplace – is the glass ceiling breaking?

This is an invitation only event for TiE Seattle Charter Members. Dinner and wine will be served. This event is primarily for peer to peer networking among the CM community and any guests they bring to propose as CM candidates.
