RB has a large business in India with many of its brands loved by hundreds of millions of Indian households. Prior to becoming the Global CEO of RB, Laxman was at Pepsi for a long time where he held many operating roles including the Global Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to Pepsi, Laxman was a Senior Partner with McKinsey and Company for 19 years across the US and Asia, including leading the Mckinsey office in New Delhi. Laxman is one of the world's leading thinkers on building consumer brands and has a unique view on changing consumer trends and building brands in the current environment.
