RB has a large business in India with many of its brands loved by hundreds of millions of Indian households.
Prior to becoming the Global CEO of RB, Laxman was at Pepsi for a long time where he held many operating roles including the Global Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to Pepsi, Laxman was a Senior Partner with McKinsey and Company for 19 years across the US and Asia, including leading the Mckinsey office in New Delhi.
