WellDiver was founded  in October 2017 to take advantage of recent innovation in materials science and sensor technology to provide superior performance products for the oil & gas applications, such as the multi stage stimulation market and deep-water domains.  The company has now developed and qualified 2 products to the point of field trial prototype, and is in discussions with several operators for field trials.   It has several other products in the pipeline.   WellDiver is funded by the co-founders Dr. Ting Chen Roy and Dr. Ram Shenoy.and envisions to conduct seed round financing as field testing gets underway.  

WellDiver’s unprecedented ability to tailor functional properties of metallic alloys using existing manufacturing and fabrication techniques , at significantly lower cost is its key differentiator.   The company has the capability to fabricate nano-materials and devices stemming from unique response of ultrafine grained metallic, ceramic and semiconductor materials in high pressure high temperature, sour / sweet oilfield environments including hostile reservoirs, industrial and bio-fluids.  WellDiver^TM’s team consists of professionals with over 20 years of oil & gas operations and engineering development experience and materials science technology expertise.  

The presentation will highlight the current oil & gas product lines, the market sizes, pro forma financial projections, as well as briefly touch on applications and market opportunities in other industries.
