Girish Kashwani is a senior Leadership IT professional, a Business Strategist, and a Cash flow & P&L management expert with over 20 years of experience in Strategic Consulting & business advisory practice. Girish has worked very closely with CXOs of SMEs and educational institutions across the globe helping them solve many complex business problems which opened the doors of exponential growth.

One of the most complex problems that Girish encountered is Smes being the largest employment generator in the country yet are not the employer of choice for the youths of India, it is a well identified gap which despite efforts being put by many relevant industry experts still increasing every passing day. The consequence of this gap has been very serious hurting the very social & economic fabric of our country for decades.

Chinmaya AM
Chinmaya AM is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Certified Forensic Auditor and a Registered Valuer by profession with about 15 years of experience and is the Founder and Partner of Agraga, a Bangalore-headquartered organization providing financial advisory, management consulting, and valuation services to businesses across industry.

After the first stage of the career in PwC, he was a part of growth story in the Consulting Practice as partner in Guru & Jana, Chartered Accountants and now creating and nurturing a Financial Advisory brand "Agraga" with creation and nurturing of leadership as a core philosophy of the firm. He started his professional career with assisting clients on tax and regulatory matters in M&As. Then he moved on to provide the financial advisory services being Due Diligences, Valuation services, Structure Advisory, Virtual CFO, Founder Office Support services to SMEs and Start-ups.

Chinmaya is also a founding member of a Forensic Auditors Society (SIFAA) and founding member of Bangalore Valuers Association. He is a frequent speaker in several forums including IIV, ICAI, ICSI, I-Deals, Bangalore Valuers Organization, etc. and also written articles in the journals and publications of various institutes.

Narendra Bhandari  
Narendra Bhandari is a General Partner at seafund.in seafund fund 2 is an early stage fund focussed on Deep tech ventures. Narendra is a seasoned tech industry professional who has helped grow business, make investments and grow platforms across MNCs, Services companies and startups. Narendra ran the Software group for Asia Pacific+ Japan and was part of the leadership team doing over $11B of business from APJ. He sold to large enterprises, Gaming companies, Software Product Organizations. His role at Intel in India also involved Venture Capital Investments and was part of a small team investing into Rediff, Sasken, Persistent, NIIT, Nipuna and a few other smaller startups. Narendra at Microsoft led the DX and Azure Customer Success at Microsoft India. KPI was to deliver over $100M of Product revenue and help shape the partner Startup ecosystem on Azure. Narendra worked with Accelerators and Incubators to help grow the startups’ business on Azure platforms. Narendra was a Senior Vice President at Persistent and was responsible for the Automation and Core IT Modernization (Cloud and Apps) portfolio. Narendra at Soroco.com, ran Global Customer success which is in the Process Discovery and Mining space. Narendra has been an member of the NASSCOM product council for the 3rd term of 2 years each. He was part of the founding team of Deep Tech Club. Narendra has done his Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University, USA and Bachelor's in Computer Science from RV College, Bangalore University. He has done internships and research work at Centre for Development of Telematics and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
