AI Summit : Co-hosted by TiE Silicon Valley and KPMG

TiE Silicon Valley and the KPMG Lighthouse, Center of Excellence for Data, Analytics, and AI, bring you a day-long immersion into new Enterprise AI trends. This AI Summit is a great opportunity to understand Enterprise AI and learn more about the next wave in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.

This event is timely as the industry prepares itself for a big wave that will disrupt forever how enterprises have so far analyzed "data," generated both internally as well as through partners and customers, and extract "intelligence" that may have a direct impact on business outcomes. The AI Summit brings forth an impressive roster of technology luminaries, business leaders and visionaries to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with Enterprise AI and the path ahead in its journey. The panelists will focus on Healthcare and Cybersecurity, two industries which have tremendous potential for early and wide-spread AI adoption. The Fireside Chat focused on building multi-hundred million dollar businesses will help the audience understand some of the unique characteristics of the Enterprise Sales Cycle (especially for AI -- related products) and how to crack it. We are ready to bring you an engaging and immersive experience that will leave you inspired. Have you registered yet?

Opening Keynote - 8 Key Trends in Enterprise AI Adoption and Deployment

KPMG conducted the 2019 Enterprise AI Adoption Study to gain insight into the state of Enterprise AI deployment efforts at select large cap companies. This involved in-depth interviews with senior leadership at 30 of the world’s largest companies, as well as secondary research on job postings and media coverage. To summarize the key learnings from these interviews and KPMG’s insights from working with leading clients, Traci will highlight eight Enterprise AI adoption and deployment key trends that can serve as guideposts for your organization. If your organization is lagging in AI deployment, these insights could help you move up the activation learning curve faster. If your organization is a leader in AI deployment, these insights may help fill in gaps and afford you greater confidence along your AI journey.

Panel Session - AI-Driven Security Analytics

The key issue in cybersecurity is catching and mitigating "zero-day attacks" which essentially involves developing a solution that can find potential security threats, even when there are no existing patterns and templates to compare with. AI-driven solutions can play a critical role whereby inferences will need to be drawn in an "unsupervised learning" scenario with limited data under real-time conditions. The good news is that there has already been some commercial progress with Micro VM kind of solutions, which may be further improved to make them more robust and resilient.

The success of Enterprise AI will require a few key changes in both product innovation, as well as the mindset of Enterprise decision makers. This Closing Keynote discusses the potential steps that both Enterprises as well as Product Development firms may take to enable faster adoption of AI in critical path(s) related to Enterprise Transformation in the next decade.
