TiE New Jersey partners with VC++

A Startup Diversity & Inclusion Virtual Conference

TiE New Jersey partners with VC++, the first annual conference on startup diversity. The focus will be on board formation, company culture, founder diversity, startup community building, and research on diversity and inclusion in the startup space.

The conference will be virtual in 2020 and use a hybrid format of pre-recorded interviews and live Q&A. 20 speakers from around the world will do a recorded interview of approximately 25 minutes.

We will release two talks each day to virtual attendees starting Monday, October 5th, and encourage them to submit questions via Twitter. 

On Tuesday, October 20th, we will go live from 12 noon to 3 PM EDT and have speakers respond to questions collected from Twitter and from the live audience.

Our vision is for VC++ to become an annual industry event exploring the cutting edge of policies, initiatives, and tactics to make startups more inclusive in culture, board composition, founding teams, hiring, and retention around the world.

The first conference is free.
