Partha De Sarkar is the Chief Executive Officer of HGS and leads the organization across all its geographies. He is also an Executive Director of the HGS Board of Directors.

Partha has more than 25 years of experience in customer service and operations across industries such as Banking, Financial Services and Health Insurance. Prior to joining HGS, Partha has worked with Deloitte Consulting, GE Capital International Services and Bank of America.

Partha holds a post-graduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, and a Masters degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai. He has also done his Ph.D. in Strategic Management at IIT Delhi.

Jhankhana Desai

Rahul Arora

Founder-MD, Netpro Technologies

Rahul is a serial entrepreneur with a love for Technology. He has extensive experience in startups, having started his career with Nexion (a telecom startup in the US), later acquired by Fujitsu. He then joined Sycamore Networks, Inc., US, as a founding team member where he set up the Software and Drivers team.

After spending several years in the Telecom industry in the US, he returned to India, to start GNet, a premier BI solutions company, which he successfully exited in Oct 2014. Rahul then ventured onto founding Sunoray, which built its own Saas CRM that covers the entire sales process end to end from Telemarketing to Field force management. Sunoray has been widely successful signing up SME’s and Enterprises alike.

Rahul hails from a family of Technocrats who has been in the IT business for over 40 years. Rahul holds an MS in Computer Science from Boston University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication).


Harshad Satam

AWS Manager, SMB Segment

Harshad Satam is a senior manager with AWS, where he leads Field Sales teams across India & SAARC for SMB Segment.

He has been with AWS for the past 7 years, and has served various roles in business development with the company, be it Digital Native Business, Territory Business, Named Accounts and so on.

In the past, Harshad has worked as a Brand Manager for IBM. He conceptualized GTM strategy followed with execution through half-yearly territory analysis, product positioning and sales plays, targeted marketing events for sustainable pipeline generation, face-to-face customer engagements and revenue closures.

Paul is an Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore executive alum with hands-on Industry as well as Management Consulting exposure. Paul comes within Data & Advanced Analytics + Cloud + Future facing tech, across Banking/Financial Services, Telecom, Manufacturing, Pharma + Life Sciences, Consumer & E-commerce sectors. 

His 17 years of experience in partnering with, building, and managing high performing teams is summarised below:

 8 years of Consulting: Director, co-founded the Data & Analytics and Data Lake + Cloud practice at a Big4 firm 

9 years of Industry: Consensus Builder, Strategy and Product Marketing Head, executing high impact product campaigns, heading a $1 Billion business’s strategy office, Sales, PR & Brand, VAS, and CLM. 

Stints of pet projects: Recent pursuits include Behavioural Economics interventions, Policymaking for Men’s Health in India, Analytics for Social Development, Livelihood and rehabilitation of rural communities - fisherfolks, bamboo craft persons and handloom weavers. Paul is 4 x a Startup founder, 2 x a failure, 2 x successful; 1 x exit. He is a seasoned and efficient advisor to CXOs and senior management in strategic, operational, and implementation engagements. As a marketing and financial technology strategist, he has coached and successfully led several teams and initiatives across India, SEA, Africa, MEA, and other regions, primarily driving business demand and technology capabilities.
