TiE Delhi-NCR presents ASK me Anything with Adam Nanjee, Managing Director, Microsoft for Startups, Canada

As an ambassador for Canada's startup, technology and innovation communities, Adam is currently the Managing Director of Canada for Microsoft for Startups. Previously to Microsoft, Adam helped build Canada's first FinTech startup, innovation and venture capital national program at MaRS Discovery District, one of North America's largest innovation hubs based in Toronto, Canada. In his startup experience, Adam was a core member of Zafin’s leadership team for several years; one of Canada’s top AI and FinTech startups that was acquired by Accenture in 2017. Having worked in the startup and corporate innovation eco-systems for over 15 years at MaRS, MasterCard, BlackBerry, Zafin and presently at Microsoft, Adam combines his unique experience in scaling startups, venture capital, corporate technology integration and global technology partnerships. Adam is currently a member of the board of the Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX) and formerly a member of the management board of The Ismaili Centre’s Canada in Vancouver and Toronto helping bridge the gap between poverty alleviation, knowledge sharing and access to cutting-edge technology between different faith communities including the public and private sectors. Adam holds an honors degree in systems and computer engineering form the University of Guelph and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, both located in Canada.
